Best financial aid advisor ever Daniela Fernandez. She will do everything to help you out. We need more people like her in our schools. Thank you for your commitment with your students.

The campus is alright, and it has some pretty good professors. However, this campus has absolutely the worst student services center ever. They literally don’t respond to calls, and they have a really bad attitude. I spent hours trying to get in touch with an advisor, and I am still waiting for a call back. I ask the receptionist for help and all I get is attitude. Completely disappointed, and I would recommend North Campus for a better service.

I was forced to enroll into classes at my orientation when I wasn’t ready.. Didn’t receive a map or anything like that. I was given the back of a survey sheet with FIVE classes for my first semester and wasn’t informed of any other options. Hialeah campus is cool because of how small it is but I’m definitely going to stick to North Campus

After 3 years of going to the Hialeah campus, I graduated and can give a good review. I gotta say, I love this place. The people, staff, and professors are are very friendly. I’ve taken some of my favorite professors at this campus specifically. The advisors and financial aid staff do take a while and I have had my original advisor Mike make mistakes and give me bad professors, but most of the things you would need help on you can just do a bit of research at home and figure out on your own. I always recommend picking your own classes. The student Life is helpful and there are security and officers that patrol constantly. The library is never going to be quiet, so don’t bother studying there if you don’t have headphones. The cafe makes some good food and there’s a reason why they get so much business. Overall a great campus, though not without it’s flaws.

The Hialeah Miami Dade College Campus became M.D.C’s seventh campus, accorded official campus status by the Florida State Board of Education in 2005. The Campus serves the Greater Hialeah-Miami Lakes area, offering day and evening classes six days a week. Courses leading to an Associate in Arts or Associate in Science degree are offered. Educational opportunities are also available through Vocational Credit Certificate Programs, as well as through courses providing career entry in Computer Technology, Office Technology, Electronics and Early Childhood Development. The Hialeah Center houses a large and comprehensive English language training program for speakers of other languages in various instructional formats. We visited a class to share our story with students learning English. Excellent facilities. Highly recommend!
