I went to vote in the 2020 March Primaries and all the staff there were so courteous and helpful. There was no line, no waiting, I know there were several factors that made many voting so easy, one was the current virus scare. There were workers with gloves and sanitizer at each voter verification location. I know who protectors me and unlike sanitizer and gloves, my protection never expire. Thanks Miami-Dade Elections for employing pleasant, patient and informative staff on polling day to assist us voters at 209, Madie Ives Elementary, election after election.

Great service – Professional, Knowledgeable and Courteous. I asked for Courtney and one of her team members stopped to assist us. Very impressed with our visit to M-D Elections Department.

Update: 10-17-18 Got my new card in the mail . It is correct this time. Thank you!
====================================
I mailed my change of name form before the previous primary and was mailed back the same old card with my name unchanged! I emailed and was given the run-around! I mailed another form again hoping to get it before the November election and still have not received the new card. Since the deadline is Tuesday, now I have to take time off from work to go in person to make sure I can get my new card and make my vote count. Feels like they’re doing this on purpose so I don’t vote!

I called twice and asked if my mother could pick up her ballot at the Doral office TODAY as she is leaving the country. I asked THAT SPECIFIC QUESTION CLEARLY IN ENGLISH! The reply I received twice was “8 to 5” recited like a parrot and nothing more, you can tell when someone doesn’t want to do their job. TWICE. WELL MY MOM IS THERE AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE HER A BALLOT!!!!!!
