Very very rude. Make you feel unwelcomed and very unprofessional, would rather crack a joke at you than help you. So much for being the best at what they do

Super rude staff, especially at the control desk, you feel unwelcomed the second you step through the door, so much for a military installation

The costumer service is really rude the 3 times I’ve called them for different inquiries or questions about my initial contract, definitely very aggresive answers with different people on the phone.

The place can be more modernized. Place where civilians are processed to enlist or commission into the Armed Forces. Few minor adjustments and personnel employed and the place would be perfect

Captain Doyle, Sergeant Langford, and Sergeant Kerringtin make the MEPS experience go very smoothly and quickly. I’d like to especially thank Sergeant Kerringtin for the way she deals with getting people moving along and fixing issues. She makes the experience very pleasant and you can see the concern she has for making sure everyone is taken care of and gets through the process. She is the best!
