Miami Upholstery

Despite some bad reviews on here i think they did a great job on my boat cushions in the time they promised and for a reasonable price. I will go back and would recommend them also.

Miami Upholstery is now doing a second job for us. The first one was 6 out door chairs that we had done before; but not the same caliber as Miami Upholstery. We expected the job to be the same as the first place in the Gables but they did far far superior work for 3/4 the price !!!!!! I cannot recommend them enough. So they are now doing a second job that requires some carpentry and making the legs of two antique chairs suitable for sitting on that are indoor chairs. They seemed to find the job simple enough. They are very fast most jobs within a week !!!!

They have now finished the second job and it was incredible. They worked on two antique chairs.

One the legs were very difficult to re-attach it required a lot of carpentry work to get them right but they did it and at a very reasonable cost of $100. I know elsewhere I would have paid $200 and who knows if they could have even done it. Today is Feb 5 2020. I am really thrilled to have found Miami Upholstery !! I do have a problem with the negative reviews about Miami Upholstery because I have been to many more expensive shops in the Gables and I know they do not even come close to the work that Miami Upholstery does and certainly not for the same price and the quick turn around !!! Not very good .spent a fortune not happy with the interior upholstery.

One star is just for customer service!
I never got the product or a refund. All i got was stories. Stories From the lady up front claiming my finished product got lost in a warehouse, then an employee they fired must have it, a month passes and Alfredo said he was going to send some sort of template for me to make so I can trace and they build from that. Nothing. Got mad and called demanding a refund and he agreed to refund me and send the material i need to complete. Nothing but stories. Called and texted him several times and now he’s not picking up. Contacting BBB. If you are reading this….you are one of the smarter shoppers. I didn’t check the reviews and now almost 6 months after sending them my limousines vinyl top to get re-done, (they promised 1 week) I wish i had checked the reviews. Still waiting on a refund check that was promised and the original template I sent is now gone. Lost. Stolen by a “disgruntled employee” according to Alfredo . A month ago I came to an agreement with the owner (Alfredo) to send me my money and the materials I need to complete. Still waiting. He doesn’t respond to calls or text.

I took my 2012 Nissan Maxima to get the interior redone in black leather. Within three business days I was called and told that the work was completed. When I saw my car I could not believe my eyes, the interior looked exactly how I had imagined it. The new leather seats smelled amazing too! Thank you Miami Upholstery, I will recommend you to all my friends! 👍👍
