Risen installed a television outside for us. When they arrived the framing was not adequate and rather then to go forward and just install the television, they pointed out the problem, waited for me to contact the contractor and explained the issue. I was amazed to see that the contractor agreed to the error. After the contractor came to correct the situation, Risen was back the next day to finish the job. Excellent work, honest and very knowledgeable.

The service was outstanding. I had a new receiver installed along with outdoor speakers and the installation was clean and smooth. The staff answered all my questions and set up the entire system while explaining the entire process. I will be a return customer for other items. Well done!!

The 5 star reviews are absolutely warranted. Gustavo came for my install. He was punctual, cleaned everything up after himself, and basically refused to leave (lol) until he was absolutely sure that everything was hooked up and working properly.
