I’m a current tenant and so far everything has been going smoothly. I’m beyond happy with Michael and Natalie’s customer service, they’re always very friendly and helpful, even after I signed the contract, which is hard to find in Miami… The maintenance crew are very helpfu and polite as well, both Jorge’s are awesome! The keys of the office were given to me on a timely manner, the office was clean, spacious and there’s sufficient parkings. I’m happy with my decision! 😊
