Mirador At Doral by Windsor

Moved here recently after living in larger house for many years. Excellent community, maintenance is superb and on-point, management is first-class, courteous, and attentive to residents needs. Plenty of parking and excellent location close to shops, grocery stores, and major freeways. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Lived here for 2 years. Overall great experience. Maintenance team is superb and very responsive. Alex in particular was amazing (unfortunately no longer there). Ruth does a fantastic job at leading the team and is very involved with the community. We will miss the relationships we fostered there. Keep up the good work guys!

I waited for months since I moved here so I could go through the normal issues of living in a rental community and I could made myself a good criteria.

The big difference and what make this place so special is it’s management and the unique team that takes care from Mirador Doral.
Is not a matter of being bright and appealing until they get you to sign a contract. Actually is quite the opposite, once you sign this contract you become part of a group that they truly care about, and do whatever they can to help and support in a kind and timely manner. That makes amazing amenities look like built just yesterday, service requests be attended in hours, community issue reports taken care and get fixed quickly, and so on…

When you make an effort to pay a premium, is not common to feel like you’re getting a payback, but this guys make it worth. So if any Mirador Doral team member read this, thank you very very much for your enthusiasm and (In my experience) unparalleled work ethic.

My husband and I moved into the Mirador by Windsor 2 years ago. My husband is a physician and we were searching for a shiny, new, quiet location to live. This is NOT the place if you are searching for that! It is in an airspace zone which the Mirador failed to inform us about. Day and night there are low-flying planes that literally rattle the apartment. The “noise-blocking” windows and sliders did NOT keep the noise out! Residents party day and night and trash the place. The Mirador then punishes all residents by closing access to amenities that we were still paying for. We saw several eviction notices in our time here. Marijana stunk up the hallways and we had our amazon packages stolen from our doorstep. The apartments are cheap construction. When we moved in the plaster was falling off the balcony walls, the roof was leaking and seeped into our bedroom walls. It took months for the Mirador to fix this and they did not offer us any compensation. We had to move out a few months before the end of our lease due to the COVID. We could not safely quarantine in our 1 bedroom apartment since my husband is at increased risk of exposure and I am in an increased risk group as a severe asthmatic. Management was made aware of our situation but they failed to assist us and required that we pay a $3600 early lease termination fee. We even expressed a willingness to return after the COVID to rent from them again if they could offer us some assistance due to the unusual circumstances. They showed lack of concern and we were bounced around from one manager to the next only to receive an email that we would be required to pay the full termination fee. This is not a place to call home and management is not there to serve its residents. This place is far overpriced, poorly run, and we would have been better served had we chosen to live elsewhere. Needless to say, we do not recommend anyone to live at the Mirador. There are plenty of other residences offering the same amenities in Doral that are probably a better choice.

We love living here at Mirador by Windsor. We have been living here for almost a year and recently decided to extend the rental contract by another year. The community is amazing and we feel right at home. The management is very courteous and professional, quick to respond and support our every need. The maintenance staff, German in particular, is awesome! They respond quickly to our requests and take ownership of the maintenance issues to ensure complete and satisfactory follow up. It’s obvious they take great pride in working at this location, making sure everything is in perfect working condition and the pubic areas look immaculate. Absolutely love this place and his team of dedicated professionals! Great job and thank you all for your outstanding service!
