I’ve been trying to get a physical therapist and each and everyone tells me we no longer accepting molina

Molina covers all my UM and JAX specialist. I’ve never had an incident though the preauthorization a bit of a pain, it’s more than justified considering the rampant fraud. The dental providers, Dentaquest is worthless though.

Horrible customer service. I had been trying for 1 month and a half to be able to get an authorization and appointment for speech therapy fo my son and still waiting. All the providers you have on the list dont work with Molina! Makes no sense

I had a surgery in 2015, I had to call over 20 times for them to pay for my surgery after takeoff weeks to get approved. After surgery they told me over the phone they paid my doctor and everything was fine. I told them to please email me everything and they said “we don’t have an email to comunícate” it gets worse… 3 years after I need a surgery ASAP cause I have the same problem again, the moment I go to the same specialist he tells me he can’t do the surgery because Molina Healthcare never paid my surgery, I’m in pain, If someone please can refer me a lawyer I’ll appreciate it cause this is not fair.
