The Groomer that Came to Groom my Puppy Snoopy today Was Excellent she Has An Excellent Touch For Taking Care of the doggys she is very Talented in what she does That you Yaima I will always ask for her

The worst service ever !!!!! I called last week to make an appointment. They were supposed to come today at 8:00 am I called the shop at 8:45 and told the guy that my appointment was at 8:00 am and no one was here yet, he had claimed that they called me serval times. Mind you I never got a call or a message from them on my phone !!!! When I sufficiently told the lady last week that if they call me to please leave me a message. They guy kept talking over me did let me talk and when I asked ok if you guys called me at what time did you call. He then lies to me and tells me that the phone he called from is old and he couldn’t check when they called me !!!!!! I had issues with them before but wanted to give them another chance. But after this and after reading all the bad reviews I definitely won’t use there services never !!!!!!! I will be reporting them to the bad business bureau !!!!

I will not give not even 1 star to this company. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG there DONT PUT YOUR DOG UNDER THEIR CARE.
My friend took his dog for boarding for New Years time and 40 mins after leaving his dog there under their care they went to walk him and they lost him.
My friend hasn’t been able to find his beloved Dog.
And they haven’t bother to do anything about it.
Really really unprofessional. Don’t trust your puppy with them things like this cannot happen. Please I’m telling you find another place. Just read the other reviews how they do a bad service on everything.

Somebody needs to report this company to the animal health department. They need to check this company.

The only good thing was the punctuality.
I should have figured something would go wrong when they had same day availability. We requested service for our 2 babies and he wanted to bath them both at the same time, that was the first bad sign, my babies didn’t smell clean, no aroma, not even fully dry, and not combed properly, they came back shedding hair everywhere.
This I guess serves me write for not waiting for our usual person.
Will never use this company again!!!!!!!

The staff along with the groomer were very unprofessional and impolite. The groomer also injured my puppy’s eyes .
At first, I thought it might’ve been an accident but then I found the same injured done on the other puppy’s . Please avoid booking Nadia’s grooming. You don’t want the same experience. This is any dog owners nightmare – someone hurting your baby. Needless to say, you should stay as far away from Nadia and her company as possible.
