National Express Auto Transport

Price was reasonable and everything happened very quickly. Truck was assigned within 24 hours of my web order. Car was picked up on the day I requested (48 hours after web order). Car was delivered ~48 hours after pickup (Ft. Worth to Chicago area).
I cannot give 5 stars because communication happens almost exclusively via voicemail and there was a minor issue with payment that was ultimately corrected, but did require that I give the driver $150 more in cash than I was originally told. Nobody picked up the phone when I called (three times) but National Express did ultimately return all messages. Driver’s dispatch (different company) was pretty unprofessional when I called, but ultimately got the job done.
I recommend using National Express, but keep in mind that even if things go right, which they did for me, it won’t necessarily be a totally stress-free experience.

A bit disappointed. We called to get our car scheduled to move overseas. We spoke with the representative and he ensured that our car would arrive in the agreed time window (July 17-20) We have not recieved any emails or communication from the company. I called and was informed the car arrived over two weeks earlier (May 31st) then we anticipated. Which I suppose it ok if you are there to pick up the car but we were not. Now we have to pay for the storage fees to get the car. I spoke with the company and they said “it’s not their responsibility to pay the fee and it only should be about $6 a day. Well it is not $6. This wouldn’t have been an issue if the car was delivered between the time we agreed upon. The contract doesnt have the time it should arrive only when it should be picked up. Better train your staff that they can have more accurate estimates.

Let me tell ya’ll…I moved from Houston to Miami and had terrible experiences with moving companies so I was hyper-vigilant about using any transport company. However, National Express Auto Transport was the absolute best. They were clear and up front about their fees. They had a mover available ALL THREE times I changed the date. My car wouldn’t start and they jumped it. Then the breaks didn’t work since it had been sitting for a year and the gentleman helped drive it right to my door so that I wouldn’t have to deal with it. He gave me advice on how to get it fixed. He was pleasant. The operator was nice. The man whom I first scheduled the move with (Carl) attended to all my questions and always remembeeed my particular case. I’m telling you I have dealt with no less than 4 companies throughout this move and they were the absolute best! Highly recommended and affordable! I don’t even write reviews and here I am. 🙂

Had my car transported from Dallas to Honolulu and this Company was the best way to go! Carl made the whole experience easy and was more than happy to answer my 123,987 questions. Would definitely recommend them and use them again! Reasonable price and car arrive early in the same condition

So I needed to move my car last minute. I didn’t know that it can take a couple of days to get it taken on a truck. I’m very happy to say that National did an amazing job. They could not guarantee it but they let me cancel if I couldn’t get it done on time. (Would have to get a friend to drive it for me or come back later on) I got my car picked up in 24 hours. It got to me a couple of days later. I was able to put one suitcase in the trunk that I filled up which saved me money on my flight. So all in all I am very happy I picked them, thank you so much.
