Horrible first experience with this company. They made 2 huge errors on our business taxes, which can happen, but the kicker was that it took us weeks of unanswered emails, voicemails, and phone calls to get anyone to help us get the issues resolved. The only way they finally helped us was when we had to threaten having an attorney reach out to them on our behalf…amazingly we heard back from them within minutes. And even then, they were rude, defensive, and not at all apologetic for our experience. Worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. Apparently they are too big of a business to care about the little people whose lives they negatively impact, to the point of losing a loan on a house due to their errors. We even emailed the owner directly numerous times, not even the courtesy of a response. Spoke with the receptionist numerous times, no one called us back. Left numerous voicemails, no one called us back. For weeks until we threaten the attorney. Would not recommend to anyone.
