Brought my daughter to get her nails done for her birthday. She asked for a small flower design on all her nails. All they did was paint them white and do 5 dots on one nail. I showed them what she wanted and what they did and it was like a 5 year old did it. They wanted to charge me $27 for doing a little girls nails and not even the design she asked for. The lady was very rude. I asked what other design she could do and she said none. This is by far the WORST SERVICE ever!!!

They do OK nails! They have zero customer service and don’t know how to schedule or keep appointments. You make an appointment with a certain nail tech. They either tell you to wait or they seat you down and have someone else work on your nails without letting you know that the person you schedule your appointment with is not doing your nails. For that reason I’m no long doing my nails there and do not recommend this place.

I’ve been here twice. The first time I went I felt that the lady was in a rush because she had other clients. I asked for a design and she said that she forgot and did nothing to try to satisfy me. The second time I went, the service was fine but my nails starting breaking after a week of getting them put on. Ken was the one who did my nails. I felt as if he was trying to preserve his glue. All my nails literally broke the same. The tips broke off so easily that I wasn’t noticing that they were broke. I personally will not be returning back.
