He and his staff are good at what they do, but this rating comes from the wait time to actually start the appointment and finish simple procedures efficiently. I am no expert but I am sure that fixing something simple for braces should not take an hour and a half. Again they are good, but dont expect to be in and out in an hour account for at least 2 hours of your time to be there. Bring a book or fully charged phone to pass the time.
