I usually do not leave reviews but I had an excellent customer service experience of all time. I was in Miami International Airport in a stressful situation with my children. During a purchase at a Newslink gift shop, and at the same time lost near gate D7; I came across with an employee, Yasel and he was very nice and walked with me to the correct departure. I was able to catch my flight on time. I wish I can give him more than a 5 star review. I am very pleased and content.

Great shopping experience. The stores are always clean and the staff is very friendly. By far they have the best variety of items in their stores. The Air essentials stores are amazing and have everything you would need for a flight.

The Ocean Drive Newslink is big and nicely set up. They have things from casual clothes to toys and books. They are also very nice and helpful. You gotta park in the airport though obviously so it’s not like I’m gonna go if I’m not embarking or disembarking

You need to be careful shopping at this place they charge your credit card twice and give you a runaround that it’s their pos that’s robbery and unprofessional
