I brought my car in for a routine service yesterday, the service and experience was great as usual. Angel, the service agent who assisted and guaranteed a prompt turnaround, was very professional and diligent. My car was ready within 30 minutes of me leaving it with the mechanic.
All of the staff adhered to necessary safety precautions which was very reassuring, they had of all the little things covered including clearly marking and separating clean pens from used pens at the desk when signing your invoices. While I sat in the waiting area I received a video from the mechanic as he was doing a walkthrough of my car which showed me everything was in good conditions, I thought that was a nice touch.

I think the service is really good. I spend no time leaving my vehicle for an oil change. The support was great to know every detail of the work and even the advice to do other necessary steps. I loved the video sent to know the process. I also had no problem paying and picking up the vehicle. the only thing I missed from past services was a car wash. Other than that I am very happy. Thank you, guys.
