Coaches that use a young gymnast’s age as an excuse to dominate and dictate are simply not developing the type of athlete that is self-reliant and self-motivated.

If you’re African American forget it! They treat you horrible, as if we are not like them. Worst experience ever! My daughter was the only black child there and they hounded me day in and they out about a payment that was (2 days) late, after I instructed them it will be late. Spoke to other parents who adviced me they have been months late and never got a call. Assistant kept telling its because last year folks of my kind did not pay. I have never been insulted to this certain degree. I made the payment the day I told them. Never again will I put my child in such discriminatory position AGAIN!

The owner and head coach, Octavio Dominguez, is a highly skilled former gymnast who treats every child with patience and respect, regardless of his or her skill set. Our daughter has been a gymnast here for the past 4 years and our experience with the coaches and support staff has always been excellent… and more importantly, our daughter has blossomed under the guidance of the coaches at OYT. We highly recommend OYT to any parents looking to provide their child with a fun and authentic gymnastics experience.

OYT is a family oriented facility. My two daughters go there. My youngest daughter is in the recreational program and my oldest is in team. Both of my daughters say that the coaches treat them with kindness and respect and are easy to talk to. I recommend this gym to anyone.
