One Plus Medical Plan

is just great, the customer service is really nice, i had a problem with my mom, i call thems to make an appoiment, in the same day they made the appoimnet, i have tried with other plans but this works, it really does.

I like that the appointments are handled internally by their customer services. It’s like I have a personal assistant when it comes to my health. I just called last week to request an appointment with a gyno and was seen today. I don’t have to deal with insurance authorizations or approvals.
They’re staff is very kind and professional. I don’t have anything negative to say as of yet.

Me and my family have been part of this plan for a few months now and I gotta say we’re very satisfied. The customer service is like no other, they do try to help you and understand your needs. The plan and the company speaks for itself, they’re just attentive and want what’s best for their patients to be comfortable and satisfied. I am very happy with my plan. They had take care of me From the very first moment I got it, I nice lady contacted me I help me otu with all my doubts. They have affordable prices, but if you are not happy they will workout something for you. Excellent customer service.
