Osvaldo Marrero: Allstate Insurance

I called twice training to reach my agent but and other agent took my call. I asked my question to the agent, she didn’t know the answer but told me that will call me with the answer within 48 hours. It’s been almost two weeks I’m still waiting for my response. I also told her that I wanted to speak with my agent, he wasn’t available but that will call me soon. I’m still waiting for his call.

All of my contacts have been quite favorable and most of all quite knowledgeable as the team has always been helpful

I would stay very far away from this agency. I was quoted one price and repeatedly charged another. They claim I “opted out of drivewise” so my bill was higher. The drivewise device has been hooked up to my truck for a month! How could I opt out and still have the device? When I called, the guy I talked to didn’t offer to remedy the situation, he claimed there was nothing to be done but pay that payment. Needless to say I dropped insurance with them the same day. Customer service is not a strong suit for them. I advise everyone to stay far far away from them.

Not sure why my experience with this agency was different from others but I must say that I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and would NOT recommend anyone to this agency. As for the manager, very incompetent agent.
