Mr. Abe was amazing as an intake specialist. I was originally working with someone else but I could not reach them. I needed the paperwork resent. I was told it was resent but i never got it. Long story short I finally got in touch with him. His customer services skills were amazing. He picks up the phone when you call and responds to emails promptly! If he doesn’t know the answer she quickly put me in touch with an attorney who also got back to me promptly. I have done my research and I am glad to be working with Ovadia Law Group, PA. I plan to keep him as my contact and can’t stress enough about how great her service is!
