OXXO Care Cleaners

I decided to try this place since the one near me closed. I dropped off 3 men’s polos. 3 days later I pick them up, and all three weren’t pressed and on top of that two out of the three shrunk. Now they are going to the garbage. I call to complain and they say that they don’t know what condition I dropped it off in, implying they could have come in that condition. Why would anybody in their right mind pay $26 to wash shirts that shrunk? I will never leave any items with them again. Terrible service and customer service.

Update: the manager called to try and resolve the issue, asking me to drop off the shirts and he’d try to stretch them. So, I did. He definitely stretched them but they no longer had the fit they once had. I’ll give him five stars for trying to resolve the issue. However, shirts shouldn’t shrink that much on an initial visit. He hasn’t worn those shirts since this happened. So in my book, they’re still ruined.

I received a $5 off coupon through my email but the cashier was not able to get it to work.

I emailed the address back to inform them but they are returned undeliverable. I would like for the owner to reach out to me directly.

Update…..the cashier called me yesterday and said I should see a credit on my bill when I pick the clothes up Tuesday. I think she spoke with you. Thank you for the resolution. You may want to check 1. your coupon code as it didn’t work. 2. Your return email address account as the emails were returned to me undeliverable.

I have always received great service from OXXO. Staff is great and I frequently use the 24 hour service.

The service is EXTREMELY expensive. My clothes all had the same price, a blouse and 2 pants. One of my pants seemed it was not washed beacuse it had a stain. I am sure there are other laundries that do a better job and charge a reasonable fee. Thanks but not going back!
