Palace Interior Window Blinds

Horrible experience with the company. Initially everyone seems very nice and honest however that quickly changes once payment for services are made. I utilized Palace Interior D twice before realizing that the company runs a very dishonest business. I was first given an estimate, which I felt was fairly high however since it was stated that the purchase included a “lifetime warranty” with quality products. I went along with it. Shortly after installation the color of the blinds began to fade, The wood began to shrink! (Horizontal Wood Blinds) causing the blinds to no longer fit the windows shape, and overall not very pleasing to look at, especially after such a large payment for services. After contacting customer service numerous times, I was told the salesman that I purchased the services from no longer works with the company and also told that the life warranty i was told existed includes basically NOTHING. The blinds look great upon installation but they will quickly deterioate unlike what the company promises. Beware that once you’ve paid company no longer cares what you have to say or tries to correct any wrongs. Will definitely not utilize this company in the future and i advise you don’t!

Fairly priced. On schedule. Looks great. The installer was excellent. Very quick, polite and neat. Pleasantly surprised at my experience with Palace Interior. They were half the price of Budget Blinds.

The blinds were affordable and the installation was completed professionally and in timely manner. In addition, the installer was friendly and great demonstrated knowledge and skill during the application of the blind. I am planning to get all my windows done and will definitely tell others. I love them.

So far I cant say enough regarding the work of Palace Interior. It started from the honest quote from the salesman Alexander to the professionalism of the installer Eduardo. So far work looks amazing. I’m just waiting on Plantation blinds for bay window and will update later

This company has great customer service. There are no issues when getting an appointment schedule and the sale clerks are very professional. Eduardo installed my blinds for my entire home and now my home looks amazing. Thank you for your service!!
