Ana was great at costumer service, she made a great deal for us and did everything in her hands for us to feel comfortable with the price and being able to buy our first car !

Bought a town and country 1st problems they would never fix over and over calls to dealer and to Finance Co Nicholas Fin Co….no good with them either. Had two Service centers in KL both said to take back but they wouldnt do anything.
Engine trouble and then Tranmission went out.
Cost $3500 plus engine repairs. So couldnt get Finance to add to account or Car dealer to fix so i stop making payments and told them to pick it up.
So don’t buy from Palmeto Car Center or Finance with Nicholas Finance Co.
I work hard for my money and to make all these payments and pay $3000 down and to be ripped off should be a crime.

I have been car shopping for a long time for my partner and I, we tried several other places and they were just sleezy. Always trying to put one over on us, from the moment we walked in Alfredo PIN PUN PAN literally greeted us with a smile a sense of genuineness in his manner just over took the whole experience we worked on this deal for about 8 days and finally he got us the numbers we needed. Never had I thought buying a car would encourage not only dealing with a dealership but gaining a friend that was actually looking at for us and not just the sale.

I searched them up online and the internet specialist, Ramon, called me back. Once there, I test drove my 2015 with Rey (a new salesperson). Extremely friendly and courteous atmosphere. They were signing deals while I was there, so there was a wait. However, to keep me entertained, we spoke about everything, they offered water, coffee, and hot chocolate (and a charger for my phone). I spoke with the Finance manager, then the GM. The GM, Mario, really humbled and modest person. Mario knew I wanted the car and I was qualified, so then worked a deal with me to make me happy so I could sign. He even recommended I shouldn’t get other services because I didn’t need them, hence, my new car is under great condition and still under factory warranty with the Manufacturer. What I probably liked most is the fact that although I did this all on my own, dealing with a handful of sales people by myself, they did not take advantage of me and did not rip me off. On the contrary, they treated me very fair. I respect that, since I walked out with the best possible price and loan. I’m extremely thankful to Mario, Ramon, Rey!
