The robot is doing a nice job as a train but when it gets going bus style, well then I get goin on a bus too.

There only one way and out but ppl keep blocking the one way in to drop of ppl instead going where the drop off is. The security officer does not care and you could sneak in easy as the security officer are always on their phones.

Nice station just needs more routes to go to the station

Get rid of the old cars already stop making people sick with the mold. All the old cars have it. Instead of using your energy on waking people up who buy tickets and fall asleep on board use it to focus on real issues like this horrible toxic mold. If cars will be kept for service please clesn them up immediately of this. Keep peoples health in mind always.

The service is very unreliable, as the trains always arrive and depart late, and it is normal they stop during the way for about 10 to 20 minutes, so you better plan to leave 1 or 2 hours earlier. The new train wagons are clean and the A/C works excellent, however there are only a few, and the old ones (the majority) are always dirty and the a/c does not work. One positive point is the security, as there is always an officer walking by, and the convenience of having public transportation instead of driving… nonetheless, the residents of Miami deserve an excellent public transportation, not a” better-than-nothing” system.
