Papa John’s Pizza

DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Ordered at 10am for 12:15 delivery to office that is literally 1.1 mile away from this location. Started calling at 12:50 and no answer just rings and rings or busy single. Driver never called us, pizza never came. Horrible place! Oh and no tracker sent to the email confirmation.

Pathetic excuse for a Papa Johns or even a Business. Ordered a Pizza at 11:30 said Delivery time would be between 1:03 to 1:13 which isn’t terrible. At 1:03 it said the pizza was still being prepared. At 1:37 it still said it was being prepared. Tried calling the store multiple times and would either just ring constantly or be busy with no answer. Called Papa Johns customer service who said i would need to file a complain to wait 5-7 days to see if i could receive a refund for my order. The driver than calls me at 1:57 to say it was “crazy” and to ask if i still wanted my order for him not to waste his time driving here. These people are an absolute joke never order from here. No wonder Papa Johns is failing as a company with people like this.

Pricing is good and online options was so easy to use. More customisable than other franchises, but personally not a fan of the too sweet pizza dough. 😛 it’s actually 3 stars to me, but pricing ranked it up
