I booked an event for this weekend with Party and bounce houses rental. I did a lot of research and placed many phone calls before deciding to go with this party rental company. I had spoken to Carol over the course of a few weeks, first for an initial quote and later on to go over more questions I had. I appreciated that she took a lot of time to patiently answer my questions and also offered advice on what inflatables, tables and chairs would work best for my event. I initially called wanting to order a bounce house and party tent , but after describing my event she suggested that an big obstacle course would work better in terms of kids not sitting around waiting for their turn to go in. She also threw in a complimentary inflatable that we could use.
What really made them stand out against the other companies was that I could feel they placed the safety of my kids (and parents) first. So I trust we will be in good hands.
