I went in a couple of days ago to get 4 brand new tires, a rotation and an alignment and I was charged a very good and affordable price. Everyone was professional and courteous to me and made me feel comfortable. I really had a good experience.

I just left Paul’s tire place, two weeks ago I took my Jeep for alignment and today l took it for tire rotation and balance, l have been a costumer for over 10 years and never had a bad experience, on the contrary the costumer service and the workers are top of the line, the owner( Ian) is always there and always helping the costumers.
I think this is one of few business in Miami where you always leaves satisfied with the work.
Keep it up guys👍👍👍

It took forever to get my tires installed. First I phone called to make sure they had my tires ready, however it was like the first time they had an order from tirebuyer.com. The receptionist called her manager to get knowledge about this type of deals. When I got there, they make me feel like the undesirable customer for not buying the set of tires from them, having me waiting almost an hour before they even took my request to the shop. When I finally got the car into the shop, it took about 15 minutes to get my tires out of the rack to hand them to the technician. Then they took 1 and half hours to do the 4 tires installation. In addition to that, it took 30 more minutes for the alignment.

My experience was awful.

Retrospectively, I infer that they don’t want people to save some bucks buying parts online. They are the middleman, and their profit is in jeopardy with websites as tirebuyer.com offering great deals and rebates from manufacturers.
Understanding customers needs for saving money is important too, right?
