This place has the worst phone/ customer service ever…called the Orlando Florida office and got put on hold 3 time after explaining to the Mexican lady who dont speak good English that I am calling from the bahamas .all 3 time got put on hold and she never came back….thanks for making my decision easier to not use your company for shipping needs

Everytime i call asking why my packages is late, they keep going around in circles and not giving me an answer on when my packages are going to arrive.
It’s been 2 weeks since i since. I still haven’t had any reply. I had to call to remind them.
They used to do a good job, now they are just sloppy and don’t care about the costumers. Untill you don’t pressure them they won’t deliver anything on time.
