I wish I can provide this company with 0 stars. The facts on this company are as follows: I had to text and call this company several times to adjust my closing docs. Yoly Gutierrez Baster does not know what she is doing and did not collect money what’s needed to close. Then my agent called me to advise me he is missing funds for my policy. This was a total nightmare to deal with this company. Then what killed me was the attitude in her text messages in regards to her own incompetence to provide me with excellent customer service. I paid you to do your job and you have the nerve to get upset with me over your own mistake. Then you insult me and tell me to pay for my policy as if I can’t. I will never forget this it was very hurtful.

Over the years I’ve recommended Peninsula Title mumerous times. They have great communication and a close knit team that works diligently to get the transaction closed on schedule. From start to finish, all of the staff members were professional and helpful while still being extremely personable. Buying our first home was somewhat nerve-wracking, but they were very attentive to our concerns and questions and we left the office feeling comfortable and satisfied with our purchase. The staff was great in keeping up with the progress of the transaction, in communicating with our broker, the bank and ourselves.
