Food is really good and very reasonable prices!

Very good place and food, great for a quick snack late at night. As a young adult this places are like lifesavers, I remember once we had some problem with boiled yucas and they did their best to fix it, never gonna forget that. However, the only problem I have at times is with the service, while almost nonexistent I feel it can be improved, and dearly. Sometimes I feel the ladies at the front are tired of everybody and everything and have no problem expressing it. I know the feel, I’ve worked in restaurants before and it feels awful from time to but when you’re working you gotta psychologically prepare to not give an attitude, I have felt unwelcomed and hurried at times here, hey! It is not my fault whatever you’re dealing with. I really do not want to hurt the restaurant like I said it is a great place, and we just like the real late-at-night Venezuelan food.

We got there by 7:15PM and the place was empty so we ordered our food, it took over 25 minutes to prepare 3 things (supposed to be fast food), the bread and meat of my burger were burned and they tried to cover with the napkin so i found out when i was almost done with it, the service was below average, not even an smile and the lady gets mad if i speak English, food was average and not a big deal, not a place i would come back to
