One star because I have to in terms to write something here. Whoever answer phone calls are super rude, unprofessional and careless. I place an order and I had to wait over a week with no result, even buying a money order never received it, still waiting, Sales Representatives, Supervisor and others have not clue what is the situation.

Pulled up, was treated with respect and loaded within 30 minutes. Will come back again.

Does any one answer the phone here?

Very rude people, very bad customer service…discusting… Miami based company, no wonder they’re such a horrible company.

Got me unloaded quickly (especially compared to pretty much everywhere else in Miami). No appointments, receiving hours are 6am-2pm. If your trailer has side skirts, don’t move your axles back until you are Dow. In the “pit”.
