Petit Smiles: Pediatric Dentist in Doral

I came here because I had an appointment, I received calls, emails, text messages, every kind of reminder that I could possible receive so I didn’t lose the appointment. But they completely forgot to let me know on those reminders that I would have to pay Because my insurance was not going to cover my daughter treatment this time. I knew this when I was going to do the check in, I even cancel another appointment that I had at the same time so I could be able to be here. I didn’t get the chance to call my insurance to check on it. This is no the first time something similar happens to me on this place. Another time my daughter was treated and they gave her some sedative without telling me that I would have to pay for it. I just think this is no correct. They treat the children very well but I really think they should consider some other way to manage this kind of situations, just let people know so they can be prepare. I am very disappointed!!!

The best dentist for kids! The place is beautiful and fun, very kid-friendly with toys, a play structure and movies. My kids always want to stay longer!

Simply the best pediatric dentistry available! I have three girls and we’ve been to a few different dentists until we found Dr. Vanessa. I would not change her or her team for the world. Their office is impeccable, everyone on the team always has a smile. The attention to detail is the best. My girls feel at home there.

Dr. Ruiz is the best! She is very thorough and explains very well everything, she takes her time with the patients and the parents. She is also very sweet and kind with the children. The staff is incredible as well.. we feel very welcome and comfortable every time we go. Recommended at 100%!
