Pizza Hut

I’ve been a customer for years now and this is the first time I’ve gotten an problem with them. The delivery had an issue with my adress and when I called the store an hour later of placing my order the manager told me that the order was already delivered. After waiting for a couples of minutes on the phone the store manager insisted that my order was delivered but they surely delivered the other to another house. They finally accepted to redo my order but I waited an hour and a half in total for the order to arrive home. When this arrived the driver told me ” pizza free” like If I have lied before about my order. It was so upset! Terrible customer service!

Tonight I placed a carry out order of chicken alfredo pasta and waited for 15min to be ready but instead of the chicken alfredo, I received marinara pasta. The manager came and without a single apology he asked if I wanted another pasta or the refund. I would have to wait another 15min to get the pasta that I originally ordered, so I asked for the refund. The refund takes place in 24 to 48 hrs even though I used my debit card and the money was out of my account by the minute I swiped the card.
Bad service and bad attitude from the manager.
I Do Not recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been a customer for years now and this is the first time I’ve gotten an issue with them. First they arrive 30 minutes late, then complain about us giving the wrong address when I clarified twice with the manager, worker, and delivery guy the address, they still manage to mess it up. Instead of asking if there’s anything they could help with the Manager gives me attitude and a rude racist comment as well. Never again. Avoid it, because the current staff will not hold responsible for their mistake nor are willing to improve at all. Never had a problem with them not mention ever being insulted wrongly.

This P H. Is not like it was. The food use to be good but now after visiting today I don’t think I will be returning. I ate in. They no longer have a fountain drink machine which forces you to purchase over priced bottles, I ordered garlic knots and got toast. Both TV’s we’re on Spanish channels and I don’t speak Spanish. They have even removed the salad bar.
