Worst Service Center in miami. I left my car this morning for a simple fix nothing hard and i receive a text message with “your car won’t be ready today” this is the second time they do the same to me. I expect at least you don’t make me waste my time for no reason. My message: friends, alpha enthusiast, don’t take your car there is a waste of time.

Follow up: I just pickup my car from the service center . They had my car taken apart after they said to me it wasn’t going to be in the repair shop until tomorrow. They gave me back the car with loose parts. This place is a joke and should not be allowed to continue running. I am willing for a legal claim

I spoke with Luis , worst call ever , the guy doesn’t know how to treat people, was asking me a whole bunch of question , you guys need to find a better salesman , he didn’t answer my question and besides that the guy doesn’t even know how to speak properly English tipico balsero de Miami thinking he knows everything when he doesn’t , saying that i was going to pay for a 2020 Alfa Giulia 600 He is out of his mind i have a 2017 lexus is 300 and i pay 380 a month and its the same msrp as the Giulia , he told me i was calling the wrong place , no sirve como vendedor lol

Alfa is a good car. Nice design. Good engine. Planet alfa have good sales team. But after 4 months with the Stelvio , had to do an oil change. Took me several attempt to get in touch with them (receptionists are awfully unfriendly). Long waiting times for a simple service. No loaner available and have to pay a rental. Therefore, sold the Alfa got a Benz.

I have called over 10 times to schedule an oil change for my leased Alfa Romeo . There is only one person in the entire place that can make the appointment and no matter what time of day i call he is never available. The receptionist asks for my number to have him call me back but that doesn’t happen either. Very frustrating

I had a wonderful experience on Black Friday with Vladimir Rivas (sales) and Frank Llaura (finance manager), they were excellent and gave us an amazing deal on the Alfa Romeo Stelvio, i am in love with my new suv!
