I really really love this gym. I’ve had Black Card memberships before and I’ve been to the Hialeah Gardens location and this is by far the best one out of the 2. The staff is very friendly, the management is engaging, and there’s plenty of machines that can accommodate to one’s preference in regards to their workout routine/lifestyle plan. The only reason I’m giving this particular location 4/5 instead of 5/5 because they falsely advertise that they’re open 24/5 (24 hours-5 days of week) and this is not necessarily true. On Fridays, it’s actually open just until 9 PM at night and they’re already telling you they’re about to close when it’s not even 8:10 PM yet. Overall, great gym location 👍🏽💯.

I could give one more start to this place , but after been in other gym! And i am a very fitness person i have had the oportuno tie to visit many gyms around miami , i have to say that this location in specific is not really good, always full of people, people are not really nice , the bathrooms are not clean at all , specially the shower are really really bad. Staff is ok but the rest is a mess

I received excellent customer service here from Patrick at the front desk , he was very attentive and friendly and helped me with the questions I needed regarding the club.

Clean and nice atmosphere. Lacking space for more free weights. A lot of treadmills,ellipticals not being utilized. Staff is helpful and polite.
