Platinum Group Security

awesome – company – got a lil comfortable with them as far as progressing to another company-(i call it home), but i will say this , they are cooler than snow on a hot day – almost 4 years and i have no complaints – top shelf pay to start.. and you don’t get that unless you have a gun license – i got love for platinum– they give lots of people chances – who don’t deserve them … they always show love .

I have been working with PGS as a full-time for over three years. In my opinion, I believed it is a good company to work for. They provide lots of overtime for those willing to take it and employees have a great opportunity to grow their career to the next level. My working relationship with the platinum group staff is nothing short of amazing, the people are very understanding, accommodating and shows the upmost support. If there is anyone you know who is looking to work for a company that greets employees with respect, professionalism, and growth I highly recommend this company. They see you as an actual asset and not just a number.

It has been a wonderful experience working for this company. Many posts offer varying degrees of security work with ample chances to further yourself as a security officer. Rommel, the senior operations manager is a great guy to work with, helpful in getting you plenty of work.

I was referred to Platinum by a friend that works for the company. I was interviewed for a recruiting position and although I had experience in recruiting I had zero experience in security. I was selected and was fortunate enough to to have an amazing team at the office always willing to help me learn. In a few months I had gained a lot of knowledge about the industry and was doing great as a recruiter. Then the opportunity came along to grow in the company and I was encouraged to apply for an operations manager position. Several candidates were interviewed but ultimately I was selected. Once again I had great mentors helping navigate through my new role.

I cannot say that my experience with Platinum has been anything but great. If you do what is required of you and work hard then you should have no reason to be removed, fired or not given an opportunity to grow. The company is very fair when it comes to growing hard working dedicated employees. I would definitely recommend working for this company!

I’ve worked for Platinum Group Security for 4 years now. There is a lot of opportunities for officers to grow with Platinum Group Security. I must say that I am fortunate to have a great team above and below me. My officers are committed, reliable and professional. My superiors and I have great communication and assist me when needed. Great company overall
