Pollo Tropical

Rude, spoke to me like if the lady was familiar with me. Denied customer service when I entered the restaurant WITH.a mask on. Would be nice if I could talk to corporate.

I try to order a chicken wrap and the cashier told me they do not have it and then a I asked for chicken sandwich and the cashier told we don’t have it , then a ask for tostones and she told me again that they don’t have it also I ask for sweet plantain and the cashier gave a burned sweet plantain , after the all bad experience I realized that they have a wraps because she served a wrap to one employee. After all I asked for the manager…. and surprise the cashier was the manager. These lady does not any idea about a customer service, She scream on me and she does not have any good manners, is no my first time having a bad experience there.
We can not accept any bad manners from anyone!!

Kudos to Pollo Tropical for offering vegan items. I had their Beyond Meat bowl and it wasn’t bad. I can’t give them my full endorsement because they sell so much meat, and I look forward to seeing what they do next in terms of offering more Plantbased options. I also want to add that the bowl lacked flavor and felt greasy.

I like Pollo Tropical. Normally I go more than once per week. My friend and I go to this one because is the middle point between our jobs, but I am disappointed because everytime we need to ask for water they are giving us a paper cup instead the small plastic glass you can find in all the others Pollo Tropical

I was very disappointed after taking home a meal from this place. This review is not about “fake news” it is about “fake advertisement on TV”. On the photo you can see what you can expect if you visit this place, specially if you have watched the $8.99 beautifully made Grill Trio advertiser on TV and fall for their offering. You will be disappointed too.
