Realy bad absolutely all the tabke were dirty and no one came out to the salon to clean them for the whole 30 minutes that i spend eating there . The cashier charge me with the gloves on, i paid cash and sge never changed the gloves i ask for a extra plate and utensil and she gave them to me with her hands dirty of money .definitely i wont come back to this location. They are not flowing the disinfecting regulations in this pandemic . So sad .

quality and taste seem to be a constant at every Pollo location I have been to, a good selection, fair prices for a generous serving and let’s face it their chicken us usually healthier than many other fast food options.

The worst Pollo Tropical in all Miami! I’ve been to this location 4 times and have had a bad experience every single time! I’ve drived thru my order and when I’ve gotten home noticed I’m missing an item or items. I can understand that things happen and mistakes can be made, but how is it possible that it’s happened 4 times! On top of it all the last time I ordered my chicken sandwich had a hair In it, and the size of the chicken was the smallest I’ve ever seen! Please if you do not want to be disappointed or have to drive back to pick up missing items do not go here!

Better than fast-food in a fast-food place. It feels like a converted Wendy’s. The place was clean and the food was good when I visited.
