Pollo Tropical

I always go to Apollo tropical but I was bewildered to see I only got 4 strips of meat on my tropichop. I understand steak isn’t always on the menu but the worse is asking for fresh yuca bites and getting old food is despicable. Such a shame I always defend the brand.

If they tell you to park and wait in the drive through you better ask for your money back cause’ they’ll take around 30 minutes and won’t even give it to you at the parking lot although they say they will. Also the drive thorough has so little room that there was a horrible line everytime i went. Last time was a month ago and i’m never visiting again. Food is good but they need way more employees, organization and to expand the parking lot.

They pay zero attention to the online orders, my order stated ready at 9:12 PM and to be on time to ensure good food temperature and taste . I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes (passed the pick up time) and they are not even working on my order or giving us reasons about the order. This is common in this location that obviously don’t follow company rules or give a damn about customers

Manager Miguel is the best!! Good dude very caring. Food was good its concerned fast food but they are not quick or speedy to get you your food but its worth the wait. Prices arent too bad either.

I’m thankful this place exists and it helped me get through school. It gave me a place to eat that wasn’t fast food like Burger King or McDonald’s but was still really cheap! They also offer a 10% discount for FIU students at this location.

I appreciate the people that work here and that started recognizing me over time and making it a pleasant experience. I seriously love Pollo Tropical
