Great location and good service

You pay a lot but they cant cook chicken correctly. Its dry and overdone. It’s just an example of them not taking the time over the years to develop an excellent menu based on the science and emphasis of the program. It’s the same old same old it tastes all the same and it’s not because it’s good for you it’s because nobody knows how to cook. It’s almost a crisis. Given the limitations of the program in terms of what they do not serve they better cook what they do serve professionally with creativity, enthusiasm and flare. This is missing. I went to a cooking class today and we didn’t cook a thing. And the chef had not even heard of almond-based yogurt.

You learn to cook healthy meals, exercise properly and most importantly they help you establish good habits. It’s not about dieting to reach some ideal weight – the Pritikin program is all about making a lifestyle change so you’re healthy for the rest of your life.
