Pro Nails 1

I have had such a horrible experience I did my nails about one week ago, and I had felt a pain on my pinky and my middle toe on my foot I said I wasnt able to wait to do them again so I took them off at home, as soon as I did the whole nail bed just ripped off from my pinky and middle toe…. one thing I noticed about this place was it was not a clean place at all they re use everything nothing seems to be sanitized.. I will never go back to this salon again.

I asked for an appointment to not have to wait for so long.. I get there never wrote down my appointment they said I did make one when I even called at work to make one. They completely changed prices around. They first tell you one price over the phone and charge you a different price when you get there. Completely disappointed.

It was my first time here. I love Yami’s work. I totally recommend her!

When I first looked at the place online i was terrified. I didn’t know how it was on the outside. All i saw on the picture that described the outside was an elevator and some stairs. After looking at the reviews and calling a million times i was calmer. Me and my friend were getting the nails and her criticizing me, was not helpful. I wanted to please her since that was my first time getting the nails. We found the place and my nails turned out awesome. the wait was long since we got late for our appointment. The people are friendly and patient.

I started to come here since May thanks to my sister in law recommended it to me since she’s been coming for years. Service is quick and the staff is great. I would recommend both Kenny & Emma which are the owners.
