I ordered a controller setup at an Incredible price. There was a bit of a delay due to issue beyond there control. Customer service explained that it would be shipped out ASAP, and were in contact with me with updates. My order still came fast and packaged with care. As a beginner DJ and Producer the prices here are unbeatable. Completed my order March 19th evening and got it by March 25 afternoon through UPS which is extremely fast in my opinion. Everything came in brand new and in perfect conditions. I think most bad reviews here correspond to the online chat they have which isn’t great but you just need to be patient since it seems there’s only one person answering everybody’s questions. I got inpatient and decided to call them to get my questions answered instead and they were great! I ordered a Pioneer DDJ-400 along with the Eris 3.5 Studio Monitors as a bundle and saved $20 thanks to that. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely return.
