Poor customer service. Requested t shirts with a design to be printed, I provided both the t shirt and the design and was quoted $11 at most $14 per t shirt for the work required. After receiving a preview of the final work, I was told the total for the t shirts would be over $70 becasue the graphic design had to be adjusted and i was being charged for the design hours. When we called the store we were met with a hostile attitude and told to take our business else where if we wanted to. Ultimately we paid $18 per shirt, with no explanation as to why the price was not what we were told. Unfortunately I couldn’t walk away from getting these two samples but I will definately not be returning for the rest of the shirts we needed. The quality of the printing on the t shirts is great, yet the bad business practice of not advising a customer of something that would cost them more money, having a hostile attitude when trying to sort it out, and then ultimately charging a higher price than agreed to is a deal breaker for me. Avoid this place if you are looking for good customer service.
