Publix Pharmacy at Flagler Park Plaza

Horrible service at this pharmacy. I called ahead of time and explained that I needed to transfer a prescription since Walgreens cannot process my daughters insurance she said they would request the prescription and process it. After waiting more than a half hour for the medicine she tells me sorry but you have to pay because we don’t take the insurance. Employees lack training and meanwhile I was waiting they are cracking jokes and having a blast rather than paying attention to detail. Won’t catch me here ever again! I wouldn’t put any stars if possible.

The patients and the doctor’s offices complaints for the staff very tuf when make a call

Excellent and fast customer service, low prices and bilingual staff. I don’t need nothing else! Excelente y rápido servicio al cliente, precios bajos y personal bilingüe. ¡No necesito nada más!
