Publix Super Market at Fountain Square

Terrible location terrible staff terrible everything how are you not even sure that information you give customers but yet you giving it out and wasting peoples time

Been calling publix my supermarket since 1985 when I move to Miami, been calling Publix Fountain Square my special place since is so close to me and everything is always perfect the employee’s couldn’t be more efficient and pleasant and the farmacy personal is excellent all around I ❤ my Publix at Fountain Square Plaza.

Great place to buy a good quality food.The assistant manager of the Bakery ,Mr Delgado is very helpful,professional,and willing to help every customer at all time.I recommend this publix to everybody.Where buying is a pleasure!

While I like this location for general shopping and the such, I am not much impressed with the deli section.

A couple weeks ago, an order was placed for my job a day before we needed it. We gave a specific time that we’d needed it picked up. On the day of pick-up, at our scheduled time, our order was not ready. Not to mention, when we asked for it they had no clue what we were talking about. We were asked where we placed the order. If it were placed in the right location. Did we do it online, etc. When finally they asked someone and lo and behold they found our order of 175 wings. Now I appreciate freshly cooked wings just as much as the next person but 10x out of 10 when someone comes in during the week for a big order and give you the company name, it is needed when it is asked for.

With any job your lunchtime is your lunchtime and whether you’re having a great together or not, it is not expected to last for the whole entire afternoon. With that being said, we couldn’t enjoy our luncheon to it’s entirety because Publix was late with our order.

I’d just ask that the deli is a little bit more mindful when fulfilling orders. Upon coming in, look at the orders that are for pick-up that day and mentally prepare for that. Get it prepped. Set a reminder of when to start cooking vs when it is scheduled to be picked up.

Again, I love this location in general because of it’s shelf space and don’t think it would be right to tarnish it’s reputation based on one incident in the deli.

Let’s do better in the future, Publix.
