DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS PLACE! Took my dog there today and they took over 6 hours to have him ready. The real problem is that when I picked him up, his left eye was extremely irritated and bloodshot red. When I questioned the lady at the counter, she downplayed it and said it was probably the shampoo. They are careless and didn’t admit their mistake. Their service is unacceptable. I will never take my dog there again.

We took him over one day in the morning and they called us back really late and when we got home we noticed he was burned in his abdomen area. Today we had the same problem that it took them the whole day and when we went to pick him up he was wincing in pain due to irritation in the eye and he can’t open his eye by himself and he has blood accumulated in the white part of his eye. Please do not bring your dogs to this groomer!!!! I don’t want the same or something like this to happen to your dog.

Store says opened til 8 went at 6:30 PM and store was closed lady was inside didn’t even come to the door. Super rude
