OMG. (In a good and bad way…)

The good:

We love the concept and hope it takes off. Great flexibility in month-to-month and increasing or decreasing space requirements. It’s amazing how it helps small businesses adapt, grow, and access the things that the big guys do. It really is helping the entrepreneurial community!

The bad:

The price per sqft is high… plus, no AC in the summer in the south for warehouse space is crazy tough. The unexpected rate increases on any month is terrible too. Our neighbors told us their rent shot up over 30% from one month to the next! How is a small business supposed to account for or take a sudden hit like that? I know occupancy, amenities, the market, and a bunch of other little bits play significant factors. But come on… 30% is going from $2,000 one month to $2,600 the next!

Lastly to mention that we appreciate Hassan very much….. We know there are things that come from higher up that are beyond his control! Champions heart only can do as much!

Local people at Custom Space try real hard and provide good service.
Unfortunately, senior management have decided to increase rent by 32%!
Senior Management are not good at customer service. Beware!

Perfect short and long term solution for me. Has flexibility to increase or reduce the amount of space I need. Very flexible and accommodating. Even has a forklift available for all to use.

Custom space has amazing offices, warehouse space for any type of business with a great location. I strongly recommend you to Speak to Azahy Arencibia which is the manager on site. She goes above and beyond on customer service!

Excellent customer service.. Hassan was very helpful attentive to my business needs! Great atmosphere and well maintained property!
