Real Wood Doors, Thermofoil doors, Custom Cabinets, Counter Top.

I normally do not write reviews but after countless calls and efforts of trying to reach the cabinet production company or the selling agent about the unfinished job they left hanging around for more than 2 months already I had no choice but to come warn the rest. I don’t intend to make them look bad but will state the facts on what experience I have been going through and anyone reading can be the judge. I had asked them to come make a pantry , storage closets and counter for the garage and bedroom closet storage space. I had personally taken the individual to multiple locations to show what I wanted to have made in the garage and bedroom closet. I had told him to take whatever necessary measurements pictures needed so I get everything made exactly. We had sat down and made drawings of how things were going to be made.He took the measurements and 2 weeks after that they workers Come to install the pantry and closets and counters. The pantry was altered by the owner Ramiro and was not communicated to me by anyone. Imagine you ordering something and you get something totally different because they owner applied the standard sizing and without letting the customer know without any form of communication. If I had been told why then would have probably understood and possibly had agreed. I had spoken to the owner and after talking to him he accepted it. He basically was telling me this is the way it’s going to be. The California style closets was designed and shown in person to the sales agent Alain. When they installed it things were off. I had two drawers placed in which would have a lock system to store personal valuables. They didn’t make it the way I had shown them in person and send them pictures. The closet doors were now what I had ordered and things were just off. In the garage the workers pushed the counter against my ac drainage pipe causing it to leak instantly. Besides finding it they were giving excuses and the owner was like we don’t cover anything related to plumbing issues and etc. this pipe was out of the wall and clearly was pressed against causing it to leak. I had to fix that myself. I never got compensated for it nor did I get an apology. It was more like I didn’t do that. I wouldn’t give them a one star if I could. I have unfinished touches such as fillers, crown molding, bedroom closet drawer modifications all that were discussed and stated in the contract that needs to be. Completed. I had called last week and was told someone will arrive to Finnish the job. I had this company sent workers 4 times and every time someone new would come and would know anything that the last person did or have any measurements that they may have taken to correct few things. I had requested one person only to come that way he would know what needs to be completed. My calls have been ignored to both numbers and I have no clue what else to do. Do yourself a favor go to another place. They do not listen to you nor would complete your job. I’m stuck having to figure out what to do . Maybe this review may shine the light on them to do the right thing. You think paying a lot of money would get them to do the job correctly except it feels more rushed and according to what they please not what the customer wants. Go find another trust worthy company.
