DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had purchased eight cartridges from them for two HP printers and a Lexmark printer.
None of the HP cartridges were recognized by my printers. Their service tech had me take an array of sequential pictures of my one of my printers while I was loading the cartridges, starting the printer, and pictures of the errors the printer was giving me. I emailed him each of the pictures. I’m thinking the request came because he didn’t think I would actually follow through, and was used as a stall tactic.
After all of that, he told me I had ordered the wrong cartridges for one of the printers. I ordered the cartridges recommended by their website!
As for the other printer cartridges, there was no explanation (although the date stamps on the cartridges are from 2008). No email, no phone calls to follow up, no nothing.
I will try to reach out to them again and will post the results.

Do not buy from this company! I purchased three sets of ink cartridges for my Brother Printer. They were the wrong cartridges (they did not work!) When I contacted them they asked me to remove the chips from my original cartridge and glue them on their faulty cartridges! Since I did not have the genuine cartridges, I had to send them their faulty ones. They refunded me partially! I had to pay for the postage as well! So be very careful, it seems we are dealing with a charlatan bunch of people who claim to be a legitimate business.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Their products may be far less expensive than their competitors, but for a reason. Literally every “guarantee” listed on their website is totally false.
I ordered a set of replacement ink. Although they promised “quick shipping”, my order was not shipped for 2 weeks after I placed it, and I only received it close to a month later. Then one of products didn’t work at all! I called their customer service to troubleshoot and possibly make use of their “100% No Hassle Money Back Guarantee with 2 Year Warranty”, and the customer service agent (Daniel) proceeded to hang up on me!
I was trying to explain that I had followed the installation instructions precisely, and although one product worked fine, the other was not working. He told me the problem could not possibly be with their product, and when I tried to discuss the matter with him he hung up! I tried calling back for the next 10 minutes, only to be pushed to voicemail. Some “friendly customer service”!

I am very frustrated with Simotime’s faulty product, lack of customer service, and misleading information. The cartridges didn’t fit my printer. The customer service agent instructed me to force it into my very expensive printer. I refused. After arguing with him, he finally agreed to let me return the cartridges. He emailed me the information to return them, I followed the directions. Two months later, no response. When I tried to email once again, they finally responded that I was outside the two month window, so they couldn’t give me a refund! They failed to mention that the 60 day return had expired when we spoke on the phone, OR when they emailed me the information to return it. OR after I returned the items, fully expecting a refund.They finally offered to return it, if I would call with my credit card number. I do not feel that I can trust what they tell me, and certainly do not feel comfortable giving you my credit card number again. I will let Discover handle this.
