Watch out for the male millennial that attends the the drive thru. He is obnoxious and extremely rude. He has no business working in customer service. Also, today he did not even greet customers because he was too busy chatting on his cell phone.

Worst time ever they basically stole my money this is the third time I come to the branch store to try to get the money that the owe me and still after 3 months I haven’t been able to get my money, please help I think I may have to call the cops or a lawyer.

Extremely horrible experience. They were giving me grief to cash a check, and kept trying to sell me on opening up an account to waive the $20 fee!!!! That was a total rip-off. They then gave me some bogus info about their procedures that they needed to contact account holder via phone for authorization. The account holder has never been contacted before about verifying any checks. Total waste of time. I will never open an account here and will make sure that account holder goes elsewhere!

Super slow service! The young girl at the teller service has zero customer service and speaks very unprofessional… horrible.
