My community switched to this management service not long ago. Horrible customer service, rude staff, barely able to communicate properly. They always send letters to the wrong homes, they don’t double check the address. Would not recommend

I would like to say thank you everyone at Renovations Property Management. During this Health Crisis of Covid-19, they went above and beyond to get my clients their application approval many days before anticipated. Very professional group of people, always willing to answer my questions. I look forward to working with them again. Thank You all again.

I cannot get a key for the pool where I live at Sienna. Spoke to the maintenance person,and another employee, and nothing happens. If we buy a townhouse with a beautiful pool, why can’t we use it?

If you are looking for NOTHING to ever get accomplished by a property Management team you have found the right one! Looking for a Property Management company in Florida who just take the money and do NOTHING when it comes to association problems. Then you have found the correct association.
Weekend in and weekend out I call in regards to MAJOR Noise complaints coming from a Apartment on the opposite side of my building which has the BASS so high the entire building shakes from it, yet apparently they cannot do anything about this.
AT THE SAME TIME I have downstairs neighbors that apparently opened some kind of wood shop in their apartment and spend day in and day out hammering until the late hours of the night specifically Fri- Sun. and this is also something they can do nothing on.
When I got a call from the so called “MANAGER” she went on to give me extreme attitude because I was upset on the phone for GOOD REASON when I wake up to this mess every weekend. She went on to tell me there was nothing they can do about it.. SO my question is what do we pay an association fee for? They can’t even be bothered to take down Christmas lights that were put up a year ago.
They don’t bother to follow up with complaints. All they do seem to care about is that check at the end of the month. I am appalled as a person who has worked for well established property management companies to see how this one is managing MULTIPLE complaints from a property OWNER that has lived in this community for over 15 years. Little to no consideration has been taken, yet these renters that don’t even own the property and just coming in and lowering the value , integrity and peace of this community. All thanks to Renovations property Management.
